At BONGIYO TANTER HUT, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our Refund and Return Policy to understand how to return or exchange your garments, as well as the eligibility for refunds.


1. Returns

a. Eligibility for Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Sale items (if applicable) may be ineligible for return or may have specific return conditions, as noted on the product page.

b. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made garments
  • Final sale items (as indicated on the product page)

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at admin@bongiyotanterhut.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our team will review your request and send you the return shipping address and instructions within 7 days.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include a copy of your invoice. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

a. Approval or Rejection

If the return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [10 days].

b. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

  • Items not in original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error.
  • Items returned beyond the stated return window.

c. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check your bank or credit card statement. If the refund is still missing, contact your bank or credit card company, as processing time may vary. 4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the size doesn’t fit. If you need to exchange an item for the same product (different size or color), please contact us at admin@bongiyotanterhut.com.

If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or offer an exchange for a similar item.


5. Shipping for Returns and Exchanges

a. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items received damaged or due to an error on our part. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

b. Shipping for Exchanges

If you’re exchanging an item due to size or defect, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.

c. Lost or Delayed Shipments

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.


6. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are final sale unless damaged or defective upon receipt.


7. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
